Criminal Record Search
Discover felony and/or misdemeanor records. A vital report for anyone hiring
people who will work with money, company records, drugs, valuable inventory
or come in contact with the public. Essential to avoid legal liability from
negligent hiring.
County Arrest Records
Data includes booking time, inmate ID, arresting agency, charge code and charge
code description for all of Ohio. Requires full name and/or SSN. All states
available.
Workers Compensation
Information includes all claims filed for a social security number, dates of
injuries, current office handling claim. Very useful in avoiding the habitual
claimant or in channeling work involving physical labor or repetitive movements.
Requires applicant’s SSN and/or name. Please note that the Americans with Disabilities
Act states that a prospective employer can inquire into an applicant’s workers’ compensation
history only after a job offer has been made.
Education and Degree Verification
Verification of degrees, education, professional licenses or certifications
based on application claims. Requires applicant’s name, address and name of
educational institution with dates attended.
Credit Reports
Indicates applicant’s debt load, payment history, public record information
(bankruptcies, liens. judgments), address, past and current employers. Requires
SSN or full name and address.
Bureau of Motor Vehicles Drivers License
Provides name of the registered driver, physical description, address, type
of license issued, and any moving violations or DUI convictions for the past
36 months. Requires SSN and Drivers License Number (or DOB and full name as
appears on license).
Vehicle Registrations
Provides information on licensed vehicle, name and address of owner, year,
make and model of vehicle. Requires license plate number, SSN or VIN#.
Current Employees
Because of the potential liabilities for negligent retention and violence in
the workplace, it is recommended that periodic background checks be conducted
for all employees.
Social Security Number or Prior Residence Search
Allows for tracking of social security number.
